Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 x 85 grams packet packet raspberry jelly crystals or 85 g packet flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 - 8 large oranges, ripe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make up the jelly with the boiling water and allow to cool slightly.

  • Step 2: Slice the oranges in half through the ends and using a spoon, scoop out the flesh, leaving the pith and rind intact being careful not to pierce or cut the skin.

  • Step 3: Arrange the orange halves facing upright on a tray, ( a large muffin pan holds them really well you can also use some scrunched foil to hold them upright), and carefully fill each cavity of the orange with cooled jelly.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate until set completely ~ slice each half into wedges.
