Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound dry wide egg noodles
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) tomato soup
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Garnish:
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  • Step 2: Cook noodles according to package directions.

  • Step 3: In heavily salted boiling water

  • Step 4: Brown beef over medium high heat.

  • Step 5: Drain if necessary.

  • Step 6: In a medium bowl combine soups,(rinse out cans with a little water) milk, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion, salt and pepper seasoning to taste

  • Step 7: Whisk well.

  • Step 8: Drain noodles and add to beef.

  • Step 9: Add soup mixture and stir well.

  • Step 10: Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.

  • Step 11: Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.

  • Step 12: Bake for 25 minutes until browned on top
