Step 1: In a small bowl
Step 2: Combine eggs, milk, salt, chives and cheese.
Step 3: Beat ingredients together with a fork and set aside.
Step 4: Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet until melted. Add egg mixture.
Step 5: Using a spatula, gently pull the eggs from the sides of the skillet, toward the center to form a mound.
Step 6: As the eggs start to set, stir them gently until fluffy curds form, about 2 minutes or your desired consistency.
Step 7: Add pepper to taste
