  • 2 eggs,large
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt ,to taste (it called for a teaspoon) way to much
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1/4 ounce swiss cheese,(2 tablespoons),small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 /16 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl

  • Step 2: Combine eggs, milk, salt, chives and cheese.

  • Step 3: Beat ingredients together with a fork and set aside.

  • Step 4: Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet until melted. Add egg mixture.

  • Step 5: Using a spatula, gently pull the eggs from the sides of the skillet, toward the center to form a mound.

  • Step 6: As the eggs start to set, stir them gently until fluffy curds form, about 2 minutes or your desired consistency.

  • Step 7: Add pepper to taste
