Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Step 2: In a measuring cup or bowl add the olive oil and then zest the limes and add to the cup and then whisk in crushed red pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Slice the limes.
Step 3: In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, add the lime slices. Top with the salmon which has been sprinkled with 3/4 teaspoon salt. Place tomatoes and olives around the fish and then pour in the olive oil mixture over all.
Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is done.
