  • 1/16 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ounce swiss cheese,(1 slice)
  • 1/4 cup onions,thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 cup sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter saute onions

  • Step 2: Until carmalized

  • Step 3: Add burger patty you've shaped and seasoned to taste

  • Step 4: Toast bun

  • Step 5: Add mustard to taste

  • Step 6: Flip add swiss cheese

  • Step 7: To top

  • Step 8: Warm sauerkraut

  • Step 9: Add to top of bun

  • Step 10: Add onions

  • Step 11: Put a thin smear of mustard on bottom bun top with beef patty

  • Step 12: Put top and bottom together

  • Step 13: Add burger to bottom
