Step 5: And the mushrooms and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Step 6: Add peas and carrots
Step 7: Stir in the Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Step 8: Toss in the rice and break up any remaining clumps with a spatula.
Step 9: Cook until warmed
Step 10: Season to taste
Step 11: Mix in green parts of onion at very last
