Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup mushroom ,chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots ,chopped
  • 1/4 cup cabbage ,finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower ,tiny florets
  • 1/2 cup baby corn, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, smashed
  • 1 jalapeno chili ,finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons spring onions, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan

  • Step 2: Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and jalapeno chili, and saute for a minute.

  • Step 3: After a minute

  • Step 4: Add mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower and baby corn to the pan.

  • Step 5: Saute for a while

  • Step 6: And then add stock to the pan.

  • Step 7: Cook until the soup comes to a boil.

  • Step 8: Season it with lemon juice, black pepper and salt to taste

  • Step 9: And simmer the soup for 5-8 minutes.

  • Step 10: Now dilute the corn flour in water and pour the diluted corn flour mixture into the soup and mix well.

  • Step 11: Let the lung fung soup thicken slightly, and then add spring onions.

  • Step 12: Season to taste and serve the soup hot.
