  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • .25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • .25 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • Topping
  • .5 cup oatmeal
  • .25 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix oatmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.

  • Step 4: Spoon into 12 muffin pans, greased or lined with paper.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle topping over the batter.

  • Step 6: Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes.
