Step 1: Heat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Grease a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan, or grease three mini loaf pans.
Step 3: In a large bowl, stir the bisquick, oats, sugar, bananas, milk, and eggs together until they are moistened. With a spoon, beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Set the bowl aside.
Step 4: In a small bowl, place in the blueberries and just enough of the flour to coat them. Mix until all the blueberries are coated.
Step 5: Gently stir the blueberries into the large bowl. Pour everything into your loaf pan or pans.
Step 6: For one large loaf pan, bake for 45 to 55 minutes. For the three mini loaf pans, bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool for 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and put on a wire rack to finish cooling completely, about 2 hours. Do not slice until it is completely cool.
