Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 14 ounces cooked white rice,(2 cups)
  • 1 can (16 ounces) pink salmon, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Garnish:
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds,(I would use less)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon,wedged

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Step 2: Pam spray a 2 quart casserole

  • Step 3: Mix water and soup in casserole rinse can with water

  • Step 4: Add rest of ingredients and mix

  • Step 5: Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly

  • Step 6: Sprinkle almonds on top and paprika heat 5 more minutes serve with lemon wedges
