Step 1: In a bowl or blender combine first 3 ingredients plus egg yolks and blend until smooth.
Step 2: In a bowl of an electric mixer beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Whisk egg whites into the nectar mixture. Refrigerate until chilled.
Step 3: Divide eggnog among 8 glasses. Pour 1 tablespoon rum into each glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
