Step 1: Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add corn and red pepper and sauté for 2 minutes allowing the corn and pepper to soften slightly
Step 2: Add spices and cook for 1 minute more.
Step 3: Add water and cook for 2 minutes more, or until the water has evaporated
Step 4: Add sautéed vegetables and beans to rice and mix well.
Step 5: Heat
Step 6: Remove from heat adding lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste
