  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Slice potatoes

  • Step 3: Arrange alternating layers of potatoes and pineapple in an 8 X 8 baking dish.

  • Step 5: Boil for 3 minutes.

  • Step 6: Pour over potatoes and pineapple, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
