The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 3/4 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Clam Broth
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 350 grams Frozen Seafood Mix
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Lemon Wedges for serving

How to Make

  • Step 1: 1. Heat olive oil in a pot. Add onions, garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir until aromatic.

  • Step 2: 2. Add tomato paste and roast for a few minutes.

  • Step 3: 3. Deglaze the pot with white wine. Allow the wine to reduce for a few minutes.

  • Step 4: 4. Add chicken stock, clam broth, diced tomatoes and bay leaf. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: 5. Add seafood and simmer for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 6: 6. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

  • Step 7: 7. Ladle into bowls and serve with crusty bread and lemon wedges on the side.
