Step 7: Divide the dough into fifty-gram portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
Step 8: Roll in powdered sugar to coat.
Step 9: Arrange balls on a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Step 10: Bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF.
