  • 2 Slices White Bread, crusts removed and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • For the Broth:
  • 10.5 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: 1. Combine diced bread and milk in bowl. Leave to soak for a few minutes.

  • Step 2: 2. Combine the beef, salt, oregano, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Add the soaked bread and blend well.

  • Step 3: 3. Form the mixture into 1½-inch balls.

  • Step 4: 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear the meatballs until brown on all sides.

  • Step 5: 5. Whisk mushroom soup and beef broth in the crockpot.

  • Step 6: 6. Add the meatballs in and cook on high for 3½ hours.

  • Step 7: 7. Stir in Swiss cheese and cook for another 30 minutes.
