Step 2: Brown the onions for five minutes in fat .

Step 4: Add spices not herbs
Step 5: Add the ground turkey and brown the meat .
Step 6: Add both cans of tomatoes (diced and sauce), the chicken stock, and all the dry herbs, then bring to a heavy simmer.
Step 7: Cook for 30 minutes, uncovered, on medium-low heat until it reaches desired consistency.
Step 8: Add salt and pepper needed
