  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F

  • Step 2: Roll out the crust and place it in the bottom of your pie pan.

  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl pour lemon juice on apples

  • Step 4: Add all of the filling ingredients and mix until the apples are completely coated.

  • Step 5: Pour the filling into the crust.

  • Step 6: In a separate bowl

  • Step 7: Use a fork to combine the topping ingredients until it’s crumbly.

  • Step 8: Pour the topping onto the apple pie.

  • Step 9: Pack it on

  • Step 10: Bake for 50 minutes
