Step 1: Heat oil in stock pot
Step 2: Add onion
Step 3: Cook until translucent add spices
Step 4: Add garlic
Step 5: Add cans rinsed out with water
Step 6: Add everything else but kale and lemon juice
Step 7: Simmer 45 minutes adding water if needed
Step 8: Last 15 minutes add kale and lemon juice simmer season to taste
