Step 6: Add water to pan get all bits up
Step 7: Add with rest of ingredients to crockpot
Step 8: Cook on low 8 hours
Step 9: Add water if needed
Step 10: Remove Bay leaves
Step 11: Last half hour
Step 12: Add gravy mix cook until thickened
Step 13: Season to taste
Step 14: Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing
