The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 can (12 ounces)baby clams, drained,(or not, cook longer)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes
  • 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 7 ounces cooked brown rice ,(1 cup),hot

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium skillet

  • Step 2: Cook onion in butter until tender.

  • Step 3: Add spices

  • Step 4: Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and simmer, covered, until heated through.

  • Step 5: Divide onto 2 plates, each holding 1/2 cup rice.
