Ingredients

The ingredients are:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces bacon , cooked ,crumbled, (4 slices)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese,(1/2 cup), shredded
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • Eggs:
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 ounces heavy cream,(1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Topping:
  • 4 ounces pepper jack cheese, sliced,(4)cut on diagonal

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook bacon add jalapenos on side

  • Step 2: Cook bacon until crisp crumble

  • Step 3: Cook jalapenos until tender

  • Step 4: In bowl mix up filling divide in 1/4 ths

  • Step 5: Adding bacon and jalapeno peppers

  • Step 6: Microwave until soft not melted

  • Step 7: Eggs :

  • Step 8: Mix up egg mixture

  • Step 9: Seasoning to taste

  • Step 10: Heat butter in skillet a tablespoon at a time

  • Step 11: Make omelet 1/4 egg mixture At a time

  • Step 12: Adding 1/4 of filling

  • Step 13: Flip one side over and top with jalapeno jack cheese

  • Step 14: Cover to melt if just making one

  • Step 15: Cook each one and keep warm in oven on cookie sheet until done
