  • 2 pounds ground pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,(1 cup), shredded
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp ,chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup green onions ,thinly sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth

How to Make

  • Step 1: Divide ground sausage into approximately six patties.

  • Step 2: Shape the patties into oblong pieces.

  • Step 3: Place sausage into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

  • Step 4: Cover the bottom of the dish with beef broth.

  • Step 5: Broil the sausage patties in the oven.

  • Step 6: Follow the directions on your oven's broiler, on high this may only take 10-13 minutes.

  • Step 7: Make sure the sausage is completely done.

  • Step 8: Top with cheese, green onions, and bacon

  • Step 9: Place sausage steaks back into the broiler oven for approximately two minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
