Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1⁄2 cups plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt,(lawry's)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1⁄3 cup tartar sauce
  • 4 ounces deli ham,(4 pieces ,thinly sliced)
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese,(4 slices)
  • 1⁄8 cup vegetable oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pound chicken breasts until they are 1/2" thick.

  • Step 2: Mix spices with plain breadcrumbs

  • Step 3: Set aside.

  • Step 4: Dust wet chicken with breadcrumbs, dip in milk, then dip chicken breast back in seasoned bread crumbs.

  • Step 5: Heat oil in frying pan.

  • Step 6: Place chicken in heated fry pan.

  • Step 7: Fry breast on medium heat until golden brown.

  • Step 8: Remove chicken breasts and place on heatproof serving tray.

  • Step 9: Spread each breast with 1 1/2 Tablespoon of tartar sauce.

  • Step 10: Place ham on chicken followed by a slice of Swiss cheese.

  • Step 11: Place chicken in oven or microwave just long enough to heat and melt cheese.
