Step 1: Pound chicken breasts until they are 1/2" thick.
Step 2: Mix spices with plain breadcrumbs
Step 3: Set aside.
Step 4: Dust wet chicken with breadcrumbs, dip in milk, then dip chicken breast back in seasoned bread crumbs.
Step 5: Heat oil in frying pan.
Step 6: Place chicken in heated fry pan.
Step 7: Fry breast on medium heat until golden brown.
Step 8: Remove chicken breasts and place on heatproof serving tray.
Step 9: Spread each breast with 1 1/2 Tablespoon of tartar sauce.
Step 10: Place ham on chicken followed by a slice of Swiss cheese.
Step 11: Place chicken in oven or microwave just long enough to heat and melt cheese.
