Step 1: Put turnips in a pan of water and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, let it cook for about 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and run under cold water to chill.
Step 2: In the meantime, mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together well.
Step 3: Put chilled turnips on a towel to release most of the moisture.
Step 4: Put them in a bowl and pour the sauce over the top, and stir well. Place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours to allow all the flavors to permeate the turnips. Stir again after about 3 hours.
Step 5: Enjoy!
