Step 4: Prick dough and blind bake 425 for 10 minutes until lightly browned
Step 5: Filling:
Step 6: Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until browned
Step 7: Combine Cheddar, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped onions, mushrooms and salmon.
Step 8: Spoon into pie shell.
Step 9: Topping:
Step 10: Arrange tomato wedges on top in a tight overlapping circular pattern.3 circles
Step 11: Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper to taste
Step 12: Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Step 13: Cool for 15 minutes before serving
