Step 1: Preheat oven to 350degrees F
Step 2: Lightly butter a deep 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
Step 3: Pam spray it
Step 4: Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rapid boil.
Step 5: Add macaroni and the 1 tablespoon oil.
Step 6: Cook for 7 minutes, or until somewhat tender.
Step 7: Drain well, and return to the pot.
Step 8: Meanwhile
Step 9: In a small saucepan, melt 8 tablespoons of the butter.
Step 10: Stir into macaroni.
Step 11: In a large bowl
Step 12: Combine all of the shredded cheeses.
Step 13: To the macaroni
Step 14: Add 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheeses, half and half, the cubed cheese and the eggs, and the seasoned salt and pepper,to taste
Step 15: Transfer to the prepared casserole dish, and top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Step 16: Dot with remaining 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Step 17: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly.
Step 18: Serve hot.
