Step 4: Add a grind of black pepper.
Step 5: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat and put in the eggs, stirring all the time to scramble the eggs.
Step 6: When about half of the liquid had turned into curds then add the salmon & cream mix
Step 7: Continuing to scramble until all done
Step 8: Butter muffin,
Step 9: Put eggs on top
Step 10: Garnish with lemon wedge and herbs
Step 11: Truffle shavings if your queen Elizabeth
