Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1/4 ounce cream,(1 tablespoon)
  • 1 ounce english muffin,(1)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Garnish:
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1 lemon wedge

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop the salmon into small pieces and put into a small bowl with the cream and mix well.

  • Step 2: Toast muffin

  • Step 3: Break the eggs into a small bowl & whisk until all of the yolk & white are well combined.

  • Step 4: Add a grind of black pepper.

  • Step 5: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat and put in the eggs, stirring all the time to scramble the eggs.

  • Step 6: When about half of the liquid had turned into curds then add the salmon & cream mix

  • Step 7: Continuing to scramble until all done

  • Step 8: Butter muffin,

  • Step 9: Put eggs on top

  • Step 10: Garnish with lemon wedge and herbs

  • Step 11: Truffle shavings if your queen Elizabeth
