  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 ounces american cheese, (2 slices)
  • 2 ounces applewood bacon, (2 slices)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce cream cheese,(1 tablespoon)
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun
  • 1 teaspoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix cream cheese and maple syrup if you want more maplely add a dash of maple extract

  • Step 2: Mix equal parts sausage and ground beef

  • Step 3: Form patty season to taste

  • Step 4: Grill

  • Step 5: Add bacon to pan

  • Step 6: Cook until crisp

  • Step 7: Remove

  • Step 8: Add egg to bacon grease

  • Step 9: Season to taste

  • Step 10: Cook to your desired doneness

  • Step 11: Butter bun toast

  • Step 12: Add cream cheese to bottom bun

  • Step 13: Add bacon flip burger and add cheese

  • Step 14: Add slice of cheese on top of egg

  • Step 15: Put egg on top of burger

  • Step 16: Put burger on bacon

  • Step 17: Put lid on top of cheesey egg
