  • 3 cups low-fat milk (2%)
  • 2 cups chicken breast, chopped (cooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels (fresh or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 3/4 ounce) cream-style corn

How to Make
