Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Step 2: Cook elbow macaroni in heavily salted boiling water as directed on package.
Step 3: Cut up 1/4 cup of butter into small pieces and place in bottom of Pam sprayed 13 x 9 baking pan.
Step 4: Drain macaroni
Step 5: Place 1/2 of macaroni over butter sprinkle with 1 cup each cubed velveeta and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 6: Beat one egg and 2 1/2 cups milk until blended
Step 7: Pour 1/2 of egg mixture over ingredients in pan
Step 8: Season to taste
Step 9: Repeat layers of macaroni, seasoning to taste, cheese and egg mixture.
Step 10: Cover bake 25 minutes
Step 11: Uncover
Step 12: Stir until blended
Step 13: Sprinkle on top with paprika.
Step 14: Bake 15 minute more or until golden brown.
