Step 1: Cut the eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Mash well with a fork.
Step 2: Add the spinach (1/2 the box ), bacon, vinegar, and butter .
Step 3: Mix well.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Fill the egg whites with the spinach mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
