Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ripe avocados (8 oz each) halved & pitted
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo diced
  • 2 ounces Queso Fresco, crumbled (1/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons diced sweet onion
  • 2 teaspoons adobo sauce from the can of chipotles in adobo
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounces bacon (6 slices), cooked and crumbled, divided use

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, place all of the ingredients except the bacon. Mash to the consistency you like (smooth or chunky).

  • Step 2: Add 3/4 of the crumbled bacon and stir to combine. Transfer the guacamole to a serving dish.

  • Step 3: Garnish the guacamole with the remaining bacon and some extra crumbled queso fresco. A sprig of cilantro looks nice on top, too.
