Step 1: Lay the wings out on a sheet pan and place in the fridge for at least one hour.
Step 2: Heat the oven to 450° Fahrenheit.
Step 3: In a bowl, mix together everything except the wings and oil.
Step 4: Take the chicken out of the fridge and brush them or rub them all over with the oil. Use more oil if needed.
Step 5: Rub the spice mix all over both sides of the Wings.
Step 6: On a baking sheet, bake the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes. No need to turn them over. The skin should be crispy and golden brown in color.
