  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bit size pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup red wine

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown sausage in skillet and break up. Salt and pepper chicken and add chicken to skillet. Brown chicken. Add onion and garlic to skillet, saute until onion is translucent.

  • Step 2: Turn heat down and add butter allowing it to melt. Pour in the wine and boil on high until it thickens into a sauce.
