  • 3 teaspoons cream of tartar

  • 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
  • Wet:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3⁄4 cups milk ,(hers had 1 1/2 c but it wasn't enough for me )
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar, optional
  • Garnish:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk wet ingredients in a bowl

  • Step 2: Sift then whisk dry into another

  • Step 3: Add together

  • Step 4: Mix ,( i added vinegar to wet ).

  • Step 5: Mixture will be thick

  • Step 6: Have buttered skillet heating on lower setting

  • Step 7: Drop by tablespoons cook slowly these rise like crazy
