  • 1/8 cup chives, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic ,smashed
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 1: Boil potatoes in salted water for approximately 40 minutes or until fork tender,

  • Step 2: Drain potatoes from liquid,saving 1/2 cup

  • Step 4: Add remaining ingredients and mash well, adding potato water if needed

  • Step 5: Season to taste
