  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ounce deli ham
  • 1 ounce swiss cheese, sliced (1)

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 ounce american cheese, sliced,(1)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter bread and grill bread is buttered and toasted on both sides

  • Step 2: Scramble eggs to fit bread and heat ham

  • Step 3: When flipping toast put a slice of toast on either piece

  • Step 4: Let melt

  • Step 5: Smear sauce on either side

  • Step 6: Place eggs and ham on either side

  • Step 7: Flip together
