Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 stick butter,melted
  • 1/2 cup pecans , chopped
  • 1st layer:
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 container (8 ounces) cool whip
  • 2nd layer:
  • 3 cup milk
  • 2 boxes (6 ounces) instant coconut pudding,(3 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 6 ounces chocolate shavings,( 1 candy bar)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Step 2: CRUST:

  • Step 3: Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup pecans and press into bottom of Pam sprayed 9x13 pan

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

  • Step 5: Cool completely

  • Step 6: FILLING

  • Step 7: Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of cool whip

  • Step 8: Spread over cooled crust

  • Step 9: Sprinkle with coconut

  • Step 10: With the mixer on low speed, combine milk and both packages of pudding

  • Step 11: Pour over top to make the next layer

  • Step 12: Spread remaining cool whip on top

  • Step 13: Sprinkle with more coconut and chocolate shaving from Hershey candy bar and pecans

  • Step 14: Refrigerate
