Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2: CRUST:
Step 3: Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup pecans and press into bottom of Pam sprayed 9x13 pan
Step 4: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Step 5: Cool completely
Step 6: FILLING
Step 7: Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of cool whip
Step 8: Spread over cooled crust
Step 9: Sprinkle with coconut
Step 10: With the mixer on low speed, combine milk and both packages of pudding
Step 11: Pour over top to make the next layer
Step 12: Spread remaining cool whip on top
Step 13: Sprinkle with more coconut and chocolate shaving from Hershey candy bar and pecans
Step 14: Refrigerate
