How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F

  • Step 2: Beat the sugar and butter together until soft

  • Step 3: Beat in the eggs (one at a time) until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is fluffy

  • Step 4: Add the flour (little by little) to make a very soft dough

  • Step 5: Mash the bananas and stir these into the mixture

  • Step 6: Add the milk and mix all together

  • Step 7: Grease the cake pan and then pour in the mixture

  • Step 8: Bake for 45 minutes until done

  • Step 9: Icing:

  • Step 10: Leave cake to cool

  • Step 11: Then spread the icing sugar thickly all over the cake
