  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, divided
  • 1/2 cup clover honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ounce mint leaves and stems

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat, had 1/2 cup vinegar, the honey and salt. Simmer, stirring once for 7-10 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Stir in the mint and let cool to room temperature. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on solids. Stir in 2 tablespoons vinegar. Let cool.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for up to one month.
