How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  • Step 2: Sift dry ingredients together

  • Step 3: Whisk in celery seed

  • Step 4: Fork in butter until crumbly

  • Step 5: Add cottage cheese and milk

  • Step 6: Stir together

  • Step 7: Knead with bench flour (dough is sticky at first don't knead to much)

  • Step 8: Pat out and cut into biscuits

  • Step 9: Bake 12 minutes until golden brown
