Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 ounces hickory smoked bacon strips, (3 strips)
  • 2 ounces American cheese, sliced,(2)
  • 1 ounce Swiss cheese, sliced,(1)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun

How to Make

  • Step 1: Form 2 equal patties, season to taste.

  • Step 2: Put on the grill.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, dry toast the bun.

  • Step 4: Fry bacon until crisp.

  • Step 5: Flip burgers and put a slice of American cheese on both burgers.

  • Step 6: And place on diagonal the Swiss cheese on one burger.

  • Step 7: Put the double cheese burger on the bottom then the single cheese burger.

  • Step 8: Layer bacon on top, (I might put a strip of bacon in between)

  • Step 9: On top bun put mayonnaise then mustard then ketchup and put on the top.
