  • 2 ounces thick bacon,(2 slices)
  • 1/8 cup vidalia onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun,(1 bun)
  • 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, sliced,(1)
  • 1 ounce pepper jack cheese, sliced,(1)
  • 1 ounce colby jack cheese, sliced, (1)
  • 1 ounce swiss cheese, sliced,(1)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shape beef into two patties.

  • Step 2: Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: Cook to desired doneness on grill or stovetop.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile

  • Step 5: Cook bacon and sauté onion in butter in same sauté pan.

  • Step 6: Place Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Pepper Jack Cheese on one patty at different angles on the flipped patty.

  • Step 7: Top with one strip bacon criss cross and some onions on top of cheese let melt together

  • Step 8: And second flipped patty

  • Step 9: Place Colby Jack Cheese and Swiss Cheese on top of the second patty.

  • Step 10: Top with remaining bacon and onions same way let melt

  • Step 11: And place top bun On the swiss cheese patty

  • Step 12: And place 1st patty on bottom

  • Step 13: Place together
