Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/8 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chicken:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon za’atar seasoning
  • Salad:
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce,torn into bite sized pieces,(2 if they are small)
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 green onion, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend dressing adding water last gradually

  • Step 2: Should be thick

  • Step 3: Add a little of the dressing as marinade to chicken

  • Step 4: Adding za’atar ,seasoning to taste

  • Step 5: Let set for an hour

  • Step 6: Make salad

  • Step 7: Heat skillet with oil

  • Step 8: Fry chicken until done

  • Step 9: Let cool a bit

  • Step 10: Toss salad with remaining dressing and chicken
