  • 1/4 pound ground beef, shaped in patty to fit bread
  • 2 ounces hickory smoked bacon,(2 slices)
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 ounce swiss cheese, slice,(1),maybe 2
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 ounces sourdough bread,(2 slices)
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 slice lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno,sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter bread and grill until lightly browned

  • Step 2: Remove

  • Step 3: Grill bacon

  • Step 4: Season beef patty to taste

  • Step 5: Grill next to bacon

  • Step 6: Flip burger put cheese and jalapeno pepper on to

  • Step 7: Put crisp bacon criss cross on top

  • Step 8: Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce

  • Step 9: Put on both slices toast put lettuce on one side and tomatoes on other

  • Step 10: Put patty on lettuce side top cut in half
