Step 7: Make 3 more omelettes in the same way.
Step 8: Filling:
Step 9: Melt butter in pan
Step 10: And saute sliced mushroom for 1 minute.
Step 11: Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Step 12: Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Step 13: Return to heat and bring to boil
Step 14: Stirring.
Step 15: Season to taste.
Step 16: Divide mixture into four and put filling in omelette before folding.
Step 17: Garnish with parsley and tomato slices.
