Step 3: Roast for 20 minutes
Step 4: In large stock pot
Step 5: Heat butter
Step 6: Add onions
Step 7: Cook until translucent
Step 8: Add paprika
Step 9: Add 1/2 roasted cauliflower ,put rest back in oven to keep warm
Step 10: And veggie stock and milk
Step 11: Simmer 10 minutes
Step 12: Use stick blender to make creamy
Step 13: Add cream
Step 14: Simmer 5 minutes
Step 15: Gradually add cheese starting with American
Step 16: Then add fontina stirring
Step 17: Add slurry
Step 18: Add roasted cauliflower and oil
Step 19: Heat until thickened
Step 20: Put in bowls garish with chives and parmesan cheese
