Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add in the ground beef, crushed crackers, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk or beer, and seasonings.
Step 2: Mix by hand until the meat mixture is smooth, but stop once the mixture looks even. (Overmixing can create a dense heavy texture.)
Step 3: Form into patties and make a depression in each patty.
Step 4: Grill or pan fry until desired doneness.
Step 5: Place each patty on pretzel bun and garnish with havarti cheese, Roasted Red Pepper Aioli and Fried Sauerkraut.
