Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
Step 3: Mix together cottage cheese, 1/2 pound mozzerella (diced), eggs, salt, pepper, parsley.
Step 4: Fill shells with this mixture, careful to not overstuff.
Step 5: Place about 1/2 cup pasta sauce on bottom of 9X12 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Step 6: Place prepared shells on top of sauce. Slice sausage into 1 to 2 inch slices (on the diagonal) and place here and there between the pasta shells.
Step 7: Drizzle with remaining pasta sauce and top with remaining mozzerella cheese (thinly sliced) and sprinkle with parmasaen cheese.
Step 8: Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 9: Uncover (carefully) and continue to bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
